Meal preparation begins at 3:30 and the evening ends by 7:30. Homemade cookies are also needed to serve with the meal. Contact Wes and Julia Proudlove at jproudlove@cpahsa.com.
The Malawi Sister Parish Committee works to support our sister parish relationship with the Nguludi Catholic Mission in Nguludi, Malawi, Africa. Through sharing prayer requests, fostering mutual understanding, building individual relationships, exchanging parish delegations, offering financial support and implementing improvement projects, this unique covenant provides for a mutual sharing of faith, experience and culture among the members of the two communities. Prepares is a project of all the bishops in the State of Washington. This initiative walks the journey with pregnant and parenting women, men, and families who find themselves lacking a healthy support network. The Prepares network provides meaningful support to vulnerable Washington families as they nurture their children through pregnancy and up to age 5. The goal of the bishops is to have a Prepares group in EVERY parish. Want to help? Contact Pam at bobpamgunderson@gmail.com.
Rosary Makers gather on the last Wednesday of the month to make rosaries for missions, prisons, soldiers and anyone else who needs them. All supplies are provided, and no experience is necessary. For more information, contact Andrea Liggett, andrea@hfkparish.org, (425) 822-0295, ext. 110

Shared Blessings Meals Ministry looks for volunteers willing to cook for parishioners in need (i.e. new baby, illness, death in the family, etc.). Volunteers receive an email when someone is requesting meals and can sign up for a date to cook and deliver a meal. There are no meetings to attend or long-term commitments to make. Just send email to Christina Jones at joneschristinamarie@yahoo.com.
